**Beware** Some online resellers offer EnEgius products and may even claim to be an "Authorized Reseller", but they are not trained or certified by EnGenius Technologies Canada. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers do not carry a factory-backed warranty and any services or repairs will require an extra charge per component, $259 services fee plus repair costs. (Service Fees) Products determines to be counterfeit or stolen will not be repaired and will be turned over to the proper authorities for investigation and prosecution.
