**Beware** Some online resellers offer EnEgius products and may even claim to be an "Authorized Reseller", but they are not trained or certified by EnGenius Technologies Canada. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers do not carry a factory-backed warranty and any services or repairs will require an extra charge per component, $259 services fee plus repair costs. (Service Fees) Products determines to be counterfeit or stolen will not be repaired and will be turned over to the proper authorities for investigation and prosecution.
**Note** EnGenius Technologies reserved the right to determine the serial numbers of the products are originating from Enenius Technologies in Canada. Please contact the RMA Department to verify the serial numbers of your products.
