• Handle customer service and technical support

Customer Service and Technical Support Representative

• Provide customer service and technical support to customers
• Handle all FAQ inquires for Telecom and LAN products via telephone and email
• Repair wireless phone system and LAN products
• Good knowledge and experience in wireless LAN, networking and trouble shooting
• Field test and services to valued customers
• Pre and post sales support to customers
• Follow up and close sales opportunities if necessary
• Support warehouse shipping & receiving
• College diploma in Telecommunications/Computer networking
• Hand working and willing to work overtime
• Good communications in English, French is an aset

Warehouse and Administrations Assistant (Part-Time)

• Manage day to day shipping & receiving activities
• Process in and outbound mail, couriers, general office duties etc.
• Process daily order entry
• the applicant should be extremely flexible and expect that a wide variety of unrelated duties will frequently arise
