1. Bridging two locations

In this example, there are 2 buildings. The one on the left is the office building where the client works. The one on the right is the client's home office. There is wired internet throughout the office building. The client wishes to have internet access at his home office, further more, he wishes to be able to access his files on the office network from his home.

The solution to this problem is quite simple. Connect an EOC 2610 set as access point mode and point it in the direction of the house. Mount the second EOC 2610 set as a client bridge on the house and have it facing the AP at the office building. The 2 EOC 2610s will bridge the signal from the office to the house. From there, a wireless access point such as an ECB 3500 can be connected directly or through a switch to the client bridge to provide wireless signal in the home office.
